Sesame Crab Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. margarine
2 6 oz. cans crab meat, rinsed and drained
20 slices bread, crusts trimmed
1 c. butter
4 oz. sesame seeds
Preparation

Melt cheese and margarine; cool slightly. Add crab meat and stir until cool. Flatten bread with rolling pin. Spread with crab meat mixture. Roll as for jelly roll. Dip in butter; roll in sesame seed. Freeze on baking sheet. Thaw for 15 minutes before serving. Cut into fifths. Broil for 5 minutes, turning once.
