Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
3/4 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 stick margarine
1 lb. hamburger
salt and pepper
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 pt. V-8 juice
1 can kidney beans, drained
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
3/4 c. frozen peas
2 tsp. chili powder
5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 qt. water
3/4 c. macaroni (uncooked)
Preparation

Combine onion and celery with about 1 cup of water; put in microwave for 10 minutes.
Put margarine in frypan.
Add hamburger, salt and pepper.
Brown thoroughly.
Add celery and onion.
Heat through.
Put rest of ingredients, except macaroni, in large kettle.
Heat through.
Cook your macaroni.
Add hamburger mixture and your cooked macaroni.
Simmer through for about 30 to 45 minutes.
