Green Pepper Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large green peppers, chopped small or grated
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    American cheese slices
    5 to 6 slices buttered bread, broken in crumbs
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Layer peppers, eggs and cheese in a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish.
    Add milk, salt and pepper.
    Then spread buttered crumbs on top.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
