Tomatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium tomatoes
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Cut 6 tomatoes in half crosswise.
Arrange them, cut side up in a lightly greased, shallow baking pan.
Toss fresh bread crumbs with melted butter or margarine.
Add sesame seed, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Toss to mix well.
Spoon bread crumbs mixture onto tomato halves.
Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes until tender.
Serves 6.
