Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped sauerkraut
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped pepper
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. oil (vegetable)
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut.
    Add chopped vegetables.
    Mix sugar, vinegar and oil until most of sugar is dissolved.
    Marinate at least 1 hour.
    Serve cold.
