Chocolate Chip Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. Hershey mini chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine buttermilk baking mix, milk and eggs in medium bowl. Beat with wooden spoon until smooth.
    Stir in chips.
    Pour 2 tablespoons of batter onto hot, slightly greased griddle.
    Cook until bubbles appear.
    Turn.
    Cook other side until lightly browned.
    Serve warm with butter or sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
