Poor Man'S Filet Mignon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    4 slices bread, crumbled
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. celery flakes
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    12 slices bacon
    1 (18 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce (smoked flavored)
Preparation
    Combine beef, bread, eggs and milk.
    Add spices and salt. Stir in 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce; form into 12 thick patties. Wrap a bacon slice around each patty (sides); secure with toothpick.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes on wire rack, until desired doneness is reached.
    Baste frequently with remaining barbecue sauce the last 30 minutes.
