Creamy Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. broccoli flowerets
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 envelope Lipton golden herb with lemon soup mix
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. shredded cheese (2 c.)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender.
    Drain.
    Saute onion in butter in a medium saucepan until tender.
    Combine soup mix, half and half and pepper; pour into saucepan.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Stir in broccoli and eggs; pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese; bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
