Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten well
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package and drain.
Mix all ingredients together, except cheese and stuffing mix.
Pour into casserole dish.
Top with cheese and then stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
