Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. navy pea beans
    salt
    onion salt
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/4 lb. brown sugar
    pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    garlic
    1 c. molasses
    1/4 lb. salt pork
Preparation
    Pick over beans; cover with water overnight.
    Parboil and rinse.
    Put in dish over salt pork.
    Add all ingredients.
    Cover with water plus 1 inch.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, then at 250\u00b0 for 6 hours.
