Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
9 fresh garlic cloves, peeled
4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
3/4 c. dry white wine
1 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation

Finely mince or press 4 cloves garlic in a small dish with lemon juice.
Rub the mixture over chicken or put minced garlic and lemon juice in a large Ziploc and add the chicken.
Let stand 15 minutes.
