Sauteed String Beans With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. string beans
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter or oil
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut the tips from the string beans and, if too long, cut in halves.
    Saute mushrooms and onions until tender in butter or oil. Cover pan and cook on low until tender.
    Do not overcook, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
