Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 small red potatoes, cut in quarters
6 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
8 bone-in pork loin or pork chops (1/2-inch)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
1 (28 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce (I use sauce with honey)
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Place potatoes (do not peel) and carrots in 5-quart slow cooker. Place meat on top. Sprinkle with salt. Combine the barbecue sauce with catsup, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.
