Garden Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can peas with pearl onions
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small jar pimento
    1 small can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 stick margarine
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Use a 2-quart casserole sprayed with Pam.
    Drain 1 can peas with pearl onions.
    Pour into casserole and level.
    Spread 1 can cream of celery soup over peas.
    Sprinkle 1 small jar pimentos and then layer with water chestnuts that have been drained.
    Sprinkle at least 1 cup grated cheese on top.
    Melt margarine in frypan and using potato masher, crush 1 stack of Ritz crackers in margarine. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, covered, and uncovered for 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
