Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

3 large chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
6 thin slices lean baked ham
6 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into 6 sticks
1/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (3 to 4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
Preparation

Place chicken breast, skin side up, on board.
With meat mallet, slightly pound each to 1/4-inch thick.
Season with salt. Place a ham slice and cheese stick on each breast.
Tuck in sides; roll jelly roll fashion, pressing to seal; tie securely.
Coat with flour; lightly brown in butter.
Place rolls in baking dish.
