Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. enriched flour
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation

Pare potatoes; slice thin.
Put half the potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole.
Cover with half the sauce, seasonings and onion.
Add remaining potatoes, seasonings and onion, then remaining sauce.
Cover and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for about 1 hour.
Uncover and continue baking until top is browned.
Grated cheese may be added to white sauce.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
