Pork Chops In Stewed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean pork chops
    1 qt. stewed tomatoes or 2 cans
    green pepper, cut up
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Fry pork chops on both sides.
    Remove chops; pour off grease. Put 1/2 cup water in frypan.
    Bring to boil; add tomatoes, vegetables and pork chops.
    Bring to boil; turn heat down to simmer for 1 hour.
    Thicken sauce with flour or cornstarch. Serve with mashed potatoes.
