Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped, frozen broccoli
2 lb. Velveeta cheese spread
1 c. half and half
2 c. milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 medium onion
salt, garlic and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook broccoli and onion.
Melt cheese and cream together.
In small box, mix cornstarch with milk.
Add cheese and cooked broccoli.
Stir in milk with cornstarch.
Add salt, garlic and pepper to taste.
Cook 30 minutes.
