Breakfast Egg Casserole(Serves 15) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs, beaten
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    8 to 9 slices bread, cubed
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk and onion together.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt margarine in pan, then add bread cubes.
    Pour egg mixture over cubes and cover with grated cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Uncover and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, or until golden brown and firm.
