Broccoli Tex-Mex - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. ham, cut bite-size
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Brown meat in margarine.
    Add garlic and tomatoes with liquid. Add broccoli and onion.
    Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
    Serve with tortillas or pita bread.
