Crab Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 lasagna noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
2 cans cream of shrimp soup
1 can shrimp
2 or 3 beaten eggs
1 tsp. basil
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper
2 cans crab
Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
While the noodles cook, mix the cream cheese (room temperature), cottage cheese, soup, shrimp, beaten eggs, basil, onion and salt and pepper.
Place half the noodles in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with half the cheese mixture, then the crab.
Cover with remaining noodles; then the rest of cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese to cover top.
Bake 30 minutes more.
Let rest 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
