Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1) 2 eggs
    2) 1 1/2 c sugar
    3) 1 1/2 c oil
    4) 1 tsp vinegar
    5) 2 1/2 c cake flour, sifted with 1 tsp soda
    6) 1 c buttermilk
    7) 2 - 3 Tbsp cocoa to taste
    8) 1 tsp vanilla
    9) 1/4 tsp salt
    10) red food coloring
Preparation
    Cream together (# 1 - 4), then add a little at a time (# 5). Then add slowly (# 6). Add (# 7 - 10), mix all together well, and bake in 3, 8-inch baking pans, at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
