Raspberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raspberry pie filling
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Grease and flour an 8-inch spring-form pan.
In a large bowl, stir together 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
With a pastry blender or two knives, cut in 1/2 cup butter until pieces are the size of small peas.
Make a well in the center of mixture and set aside.
