Ingredients

pizza dough to fit 10 to 14-inch pan
olive oil or pesto sauce
6 to 7 fresh plum tomatoes, sliced
6 oz. sliced pepperoni
cooked sausage or julienned Prosciutto (choose 1 meat)
1 thinly sliced green pepper
1 thinly sliced red pepper
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
1 tsp. dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
10 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Roll out dough and stretch onto 14-inch pan.
Brush with olive oil or pesto.
Arrange tomatoes, meat, peppers and artichoke hearts evenly over pizza.
Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over pizza.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
