Peach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large peach jello
2 c. water or 2 c. water and 1 c. peach juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 (No. 2) can peaches
Preparation

Mix jello with 2 cups liquid and let partially set.
Add cream cheese and sour cream.
Mash peaches and add all ingredients.
Use blender and blend well.
Pour into molds and let set.
Apricots may be used instead of peaches.
