Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk, warmed
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in the warm water. Mix all the ingredients together and let stand for 1 hour.
    Salt mixture to taste.
    Knead well, and make out into buns.
    Let stand 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
