Pita Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry active yeast
    2 c. very hot water
Preparation
    Mix all the above together.
    Add more flour up to 4 cups to make a soft dough.
    Roll out onto a floured board.
    Knead 10 minutes.
    Place dough into a greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise 2 hours until double in bulk.
    Punch down; let rest 10 minutes. Divide into 6 parts.
    Roll out into 8 or 9-inch circle.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 to 8 minutes or lightly brown.
