Coconut And Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick unsalted butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    18 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut, thawed
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a large bowl, mix together butter, sugar, flour, eggs, pineapple, coconut, salt and vanilla. Pour the mixture into pie shell. Bake 40 to 50 minutes until set. Cover the pie with aluminum foil if the crust and filling get too brown.
