Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cabbage
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1/4 c. oil
1 c. water
Preparation

In a large skillet, add oil, onion, pepper and tomato.
Saute. Add cut up cabbage and water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook with lid and simmer until cabbage is done.
