Crispy Baked Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. halibut, cut 1-inch thick
    2 tsp. cooking oil
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    a little lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
    tarragon sprigs and lemon wedges (optional)
Preparation
    Cut fish into 4 portions, pat dry and brush with oil.
    In shallow dish, stir bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, tarragon, paprika and pepper.
    Dip fish to coat both sides.
    Arrange on baking dish or pan.
    Sprinkle leftover crumbs on top.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
    Do not turn during baking.
