Flank Steak With Coriander Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. flank steak
2 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. dry red wine
2 loaves fresh flatbread, warmed in the oven
1 c. coarsely chopped fresh coriander
1/3 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. finely minced red onion
salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Place flank steak in a large dish.
Combine garlic, oil and wine and pour over meat.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Combine coriander, olive oil, red onion, salt and pepper and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Grill meat over hot coals for 10 minutes.
Slice meat diagonally against the grain.
Drizzle with the coriander sauce.
