Oyster Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. oyster sauce
1/2 c. shoyu
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Parboil ribs or chicken with fresh ginger until tender. Drain.
Pour marinade over meat. Let set (can leave up to 4 hours).
Bake, broil or barbecue.
