California Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    huge zucchini, cut in half lengthwise
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. sliced pimento (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery, mushrooms and garlic in butter.
    Scoop out zucchini.
    Saute this scooped portion with the onion, celery, mushrooms and garlic.
    Add ground beef; brown.
    Add tomato sauce, pimento, 1/2 cup cheese, salt, oregano and pepper.
    Fill each zucchini half with mixture.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
