Sausage Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 egg
1 c. milk
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 slices American cheese
Preparation

Fry sausage and drain very well.
Line pie crust with American cheese, cut to fit.
Put sausage in pie crust.
Mix egg and milk together and pour over sausage.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until pie crust browns or about 30 minutes.
