Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 small chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1/2 small jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in small amount of water just until tender. Don't overcook.
    Season with salt, butter and pepper.
    Drain off excess liquid if there is more than about 1/4 cup.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
