Nacho Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. light Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean sage sausage, browned in microwave, drained and crumbled
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) medium picante sauce
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cook approximately 1 hour on high (just needs to be melted together).
    Get Deli Style nacho chips to dip with.
    This can be frozen and reheated in the microwave.
