Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 regular size can Mandarin oranges
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. vegetable oil or melted butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Drain oranges.
Reserve juice.
Cut oranges up.
Combine flour, salt and soda; sift.
Add chocolate chips, nuts and oranges into flour mixture and mix.
Beat oil and sugar together and add vanilla and eggs.
Add flour mixture and oil mixture alternately with reserved juice.
Mix well.
Put in tube pan.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
