Spicy Chicken With Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground raw chicken
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    4 pickled jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped (optional)
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 oz.) can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
    1/4 c. sour cream or shredded Cheddar cheese
    sliced green onion (optional)
Preparation
    In large saucepan, cook chicken, onions and garlic in hot oil over medium heat, 8 to 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and onion is tender.
    Drain fat.
    Add cumin, salt and pepper; cook and stir for 1 minute more.
    Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce and, if desired, jalapeno peppers.
    Bring to boil. Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add black beans and Great Northern beans; heat through.
