Breakfast Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 red or golden Delicious apple
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. Nutri-Grain, Rice Chex, Wheat Chex, Shredded Wheat or Corn Chex
Preparation
    Cut apple into 3/4-inch chunks.
    Place in a microwave bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 3 minutes.
    Uncover, add cereal and microwave 1 minute more. Eat.
