Shamrock Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mashed potato
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 cake yeast
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine potato, scalded milk (cool to lukewarm) and 1 tablespoon sugar.
    Add crumbled yeast and 2 cups flour.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add sugar, salt, shortening, eggs and 2 cups flour. Knead lightly.
    Place in a greased bowl.
    Let rise to double in size.
    Shape into 3 (1/2-inch) balls.
    Put into muffin tin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
