Oven-Fried Chicken(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    18 saltine cracker squares, crushed
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. each: basil, celery seed, onion powder, oregano and paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken breasts.
    Combine crumbs, cheese and spices in bowl.
    Pam spray shallow baking pan.
    Dip chicken pieces in milk; coat with crumbs.
    Place in pan; brush with oil.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
