Escalloped Chicken And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. cooked chicken, diced
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cooked noodles
    1 c. cooked peas
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Gradually add broth and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
    Pour gravy over noodles, chicken, peas and eggs in 2 quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
