Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. milk
    1 c. rice (not Minute rice)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook milk, rice and salt in double boiler for 45 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla together.
    Add to rice.
    Add a little of hot mixture to the egg mixture, a little at a time.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
