Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lasagne noodles (10 oz. or larger)
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes (2 c.)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. basil leaves
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
3 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.
Simmer ground beef, sausage, onion, tomatoes, garlic salt, basil leaves, salt and tomato paste for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
