Pork And Mushroom Soup A La Tugboat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops or cutlets
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 onions, sliced in strips (1/2-inch rings)
    2 green peppers, sliced in strips
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Quickly brown pork chops, then place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Add onions, green peppers and mushroom soup with 1 can of water.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Feeds 4 to 5.
