Oven Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork spareribs
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
    3 thin lemon slices
Preparation
    Cut ribs in serving size pieces.
    In
    large saucepan, cover ribs with salted water.
    Cover and simmer until nearly tender (about one hour).
    Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt butter; add garlic and cook 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
    Drain ribs and place in shallow baking pan.
    Pour boiling sauce over ribs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, basting often with sauce.
    Serves 4.
