Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small onion
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    flour
Preparation
    Coat beef stew meat with flour and brown with chopped onion in small amount of oil.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add broth and soup and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
