Easy Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated sharp cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Using a whisk or fork combine eggs
    and
    milk.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and disregard
    lumps.
    Fill well-greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
    Place in cold oven and bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
