Cream Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 to 2 c. milk or 1 1/2 c. chicken broth and 1/2 c. light cream
    1 tsp. finely chopped parsley to suit taste or 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Set dial at 260\u00b0 and boil down any remaining juices until only drippings remain.
    Blend flour with drippings, stirring until well mixed and browned.
    Add salt, pepper and paprika and slowly add milk, according to desired thickness or chicken broth and light cream.
    Cook, stirring until thickened.
    Add parsley to suit taste or mushrooms.
