Buttermilk Cream Pie(Diabetic Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. low calorie margarine
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. granulated fructose
Preparation
    Combine flour and margarine in bowl with fork.
    Blend together.
    Beat egg yolks and fructose together.
    Add flour mixture and beat until well blended.
    Beat in buttermilk and lemon juice.
    Put in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is firm.
    Allow to cool.
